The project was a complete refurbishment of a 230m² apartment with 3 bedrooms for a family of three. It included the modernisation and re-organisation of certain areas, whilst some original features were kept and restored. The emphasis was on creating a home suitable for social gatherings and entertainment, whilst also offering a cosy environment for more tranquil family time. Arched sliding doors between the dining, living room and entrance hall provide options to separate the rooms into more intimate areas to suit the occasion. A small bar area with direct access to the balcony, works as the base for entertaining guests, but also as a quiet spot to enjoy a drink with the stunning cityscape as a backdrop. Throughout the flat warm earthy tones and natural wooden parquet floors bring warmth to the otherwise bright interiors.
